  • Case ID: This was provided when you submitted your report
  • Access Code: Only required for anonymous reports with inbox enabled
  • Your inbox access expires after 90 days

  • Double-check your Case ID format (e.g., RPT-2025-XXXX)
  • Ensure you're using the correct access code
  • Check if your inbox access has expired (90 days)
  • Contact support if you identified yourself in your original report
