Attach any supporting documents, photos, emails, or other evidence. Files are encrypted and securely stored.
4 Choose Reporting Method
Decide whether to submit anonymously or provide your contact information for follow-up communication.
5 Review & Submit
Review all information for accuracy, agree to the reporting process terms, and submit your report.
6 Get Your Case ID
Receive a unique case ID (format: RPT-2025-XXXX) to track your report's progress and communicate with investigators.
